All ride reservations with Muskoka Limousine Cars must be made in advance and will be confirmed via phone, email, or SMS. Clients are encouraged to review their booking details carefully. It is the responsibility of the client to reconfirm the booking 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up to avoid any scheduling conflicts or missed appointments.
Full payment must be made before or at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. In the event of a cancellation, refunds are processed based on our cancellation policy. A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur up to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare. Our drivers allow a 15-minute waiting window. Additional waiting time is billed at an hourly rate or pro-rated for shorter periods.
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and safe behavior throughout the ride. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or engaging in disruptive conduct is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or intentional actions will result in repair charges billed to the client.
While we strive for punctuality and excellence, Muskoka Limousine Cars is not liable for delays due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In rare cases where the assigned vehicle becomes unavailable, a similar or upgraded vehicle will be dispatched. We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and comply with all local regulations regarding transportation safety and privacy.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Muskoka Limousine Cars will not be held liable for any lost or forgotten items. Our vehicles have designated luggage capacities based on passenger count, and clients should inform us if extra storage is required.
We allow pets in our vehicles only with prior notification and approval. Pets must be crated or safely leashed. Any stains, fur, or odors caused by animals that require additional cleaning will result in a minimum cleaning fee.
If a client causes a delay beyond the reserved time without prior notice, additional charges may be applied. Our schedule depends on punctuality, and extended delays may impact service to other customers.
Requests for custom stops, sightseeing, or driver preferences are welcome but must be made in advance. Such changes are subject to availability and may lead to revised pricing. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.
